All clients receive a skilled project site management team, usually an experienced site manager and project manager. These people act as your points of contact throughout to ensure everything runs smoothly. They are usually backed up by office and administrative support, as well as our customer services team.
At the outset you will receive a detailed project plan which shows how long it will take to complete your project. This helps you gain a clear understanding of what’s involved at each stage.
We’ll carefully plan the purchase of various components – kitchens, bathrooms, tiles and stone, lighting – to ensure everything is in place at the right time in the build process. We’ll liaise with suppliers to check progress on orders to reduce the likelihood of delay and frustration. We also arrange stage payments so you can plan your finances appropriately. We ask for payment only when key milestones are achieved to your satisfaction.
